 Shea Weston has over 10 years of circumnavigation experience and is the founder of Offshore Outfitters in San Diego, CA.

Offshore Outfitters has provided electrical and electronic system sales, installation and service for ocean-going yachts in Southern CA since 1993.

Sue and Jim Corenman

 Jim and Sue Corenman have sailed for many decades on a multitude of boats all around the world.  From their west coast base, they began racing in San Francisco Bay, then up and down the West Coast and on to multiple Hawaii races.  In 1991, the couple completed their first circumnavigation aboard Heart of Gold, their custom Carl Schumacher designed composite 50-ft sloop.

Kent Benedict

 Kent Benedict, MD, FACEP

Dr. Kent Benedict is a graduate of UC Berkeley, USC Keck School of Medicine and specialty trained at Stanford University. He is an emergency physician and USCG Licensed Master(100 Tons). For 22 years he was the Chief Medical Officer for the California State University Maritime Academy's training ship, USTS GOLDEN BEAR.

Kame Richards

 Kame Richards is a sailmaker and sail designer at Pineapple Sails which he co-founded in 1973.  Pineapple Sails makes both racing and cruising sails, to exacting standards.  Every step of the manufacturing process takes place in Alameda, California.

Jim Antrim

Jim Antrim is a naval architect and expert in composite engineering with 40 years of professional experience in the field. He has designed a wide variety of boats and consulted on countless projects.

Jim's designs holding speed records include sailing multihulls and monohulls, also an electric powered boat and a transatlantic multihull rowboat. His extensive sailing experience includes eight Hawaii races, five of them on Antrim designs.

Sylvia Seaberg

Sylvia has been enthusiastically sailing and racing on the bay and West Coast for 20 years. She starting racing on a Hawkfarm 28’, sailing it regularly in Bay Area and coastal races. After years of crewing aboard her Hawkfarm Eyrie in the OD, HDA and OYRA series she grabbed the helm and in 2002 began double-handing in the OYRA and SSS series with gal pal Synthia Petroka.

Malcolm Morgan

Malcolm Morgan is president and CEO of Morgan Designs Inc, and Morgan Marine Engineering in Sausalito California.

He rewired his first boat at age 11, and has been actively engaged in the marine electrical business for over 35 years. His services include electrical system design, installations, lightning protection, and corrosion consulting for all types of watercraft, as well as safety testing for harbors and yacht clubs.

Ralf Morgan

Ralf Morgan grew up in San Francisco and has been actively sailing on the bay since 1962. He has owned and actively raced in Folkboats, Express 27’s and now owns an Alerion 28 which he races with his wife, Debra Clark. He has extensive big boat experience and has raced in virtually every Big Boat Series since 1985. Over the years he has worked in many areas of the marine industry.  His specialty is rigging and sailing hardware.
